Cassus Media AI Brain™ — Service Agreement
1. What this service does. The AI Brain stores your business knowledge and lets your team query it through an AI assistant. You control what knowledge is added and who can see it.
2. Third-party AI processing (DeepSeek). Your questions and relevant knowledge snippets are processed by the DeepSeek API to generate answers. Cassus Media cannot guarantee that DeepSeek will not use submitted data for its own purposes. Do not treat this service as a confidential vault for regulated or secret data.
3. Do NOT enter sensitive personal data. You must not enter Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or other sensitive personal identifiers about employees, owners, staff, or vendors. The system attempts to redact SSNs and dates of birth before sending text to the AI as a defense-in-depth measure, but this is not a guarantee.
4. Data storage & access. Your data is stored on Cassus Media's server and is scoped to your workspace with role-based access controls that you manage. Cassus Media (Super Admin) may access your workspace to help build and maintain your knowledgebase.
5. Subscription. This is a recurring monthly subscription ($150/mo standalone, or included with the 360° Plan). There is no long-term lock-in — you may cancel or pause at any time. On cancellation your workspace may be exported and deleted after 30 days.
6. Acceptable use. You are responsible for the content you add and for granting access appropriately. Don't use the service for unlawful purposes.
